Here's exactly
what you'll do.
No fundraising. No preparation. Just show up with your sales experience and give a founder one focused session — you'll work on their sales strategy and practice a real sales call together.
- Coach up to 3 founders, one at a time. You're placed in a Zoom breakout room with up to 3 founders. You work through each one individually — reviewing their sales strategy and giving direct, specific feedback.
- Practice a sales call together. You run a live sales conversation with each founder and coach them on how to sharpen their pitch and close more confidently.
- Share your takeaways. Close each session with your key observations and one or two things they should do differently starting tomorrow.

If you work in sales,
you qualify.
We're looking for people who have real experience selling, leading customer relationships, or building revenue — in any industry, at any level. You don't need to be a CEO. You need to be someone who knows what a good sales conversation looks like.
You don't need to prepare anything in advance. You'll receive a brief overview at the start of each session before working with your founder.

Before you work with your founders, you'll see a demonstration of a coaching session so you know exactly what a great session looks like. You'll feel ready before you start.

Part Two
Coach on sales strategy
Each founder presents their answers to 4 sales strategy questions — one at a time while the others observe. You listen, ask the right questions, and give direct feedback on what's working and what needs to change.

Practice a real sales call
You play the role of a potential customer while each founder pitches. Then you give honest, specific feedback on how they can sharpen their sales conversation and close more confidently.
